Hashtags fill the first three places in Twitter's trending topics on the morning of December 27.

Twitter users are talking about the products, topics and objects they prefer with the hashtag "iprefer," sharing their thoughts with the hashtag "#imjustsaying" and tweeting about their most memorable recollections from 2010 with the hashtag "#2010memories."

The death of R&B singer "Teena Marie" has put her name in fourth place, the name of American comedian Dave "Chappelle" is in fifth place, the name of American film "Forrest Gump" is in seventh place and the name of children's cartoon "Rugrats" is in eighth place.

Playboy founder Hugh "Hefner" announced his engagement to 24-year-old Playmate Crystal Harris and Twitter is abuzz with tweets about the couple.

"Sorry ladies, Hugh Hefner is engaged," say microbloggers. "Hugh Hefner is 84 and engaged to a 24 year old? She's not a gold digger. More like a grave digger" and "He proposed to her on X-mas which is appropriate since he's the same age as Jesus!"

The name of deceased American rapper "Biggie" Smalls is in ninth place and "#iprefer" tweets have pushed the word "anyday" into tenth place.
